Epicor Software Corp is seeking a Quote to Cash Coordinator in Monterrey to support the quote-to-order workflow, enter data in CRM and ERP, licensing and entitlement tasks, and provide user support. You will collaborate with sales and customers to resolve issues and ensure accurate data processing.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and the ability to work extended hours during peak periods.

Formación

• 1+ years applicable experience
• High School Diploma or related field preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work extended hours during peak periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support to order processing or licensing activities
• Enter data in a variety of CRM and ERP systems
• Uphold company policies and procedures related to the quote-to-order workflow
• Manage issue intake processes to respond to internal and external requests related to quoting, order management, and licensing
• Operate license order fulfillment processes by following predefined procedures, using different licensing tools
• Handle assigned quoting, order management, and licensing related issues in a service management system
• Understand and follow policies, processes and procedures associated with assigned areas of responsibility
• Assist with issues and collaborate across peer organizations
• Review signed contracts and manage countersignatures (DocuSign skills, or fast learning skills required)
