Epicor is seeking a Quote to Cash Coordinator to support order processing, licensing, and data entry across CRM and ERP systems. The role emphasizes adherence to policies, timely handling of requests, and collaboration with sales and peers to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced environment with a high level of precision.

• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to work extended hours during high-volume peak periods (end of quarters).
• Ability to perform in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to handle high transactional volume and repetitive administrative tasks.
• Ability to deliver quality results under time constraints.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and peers to solve issues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support to order processing or licensing activities.
• Enter data in a variety of CRM and ERP systems.
• Uphold company policies and procedures related to the quote-to-order workflow.
• Manage issue intake processes to respond to internal and external requests related to quoting, order management, and licensing.
• Operate license order fulfillment processes by following predefined procedures, using different licensing tools.
• Handle assigned quoting, order management, and licensing related issues in a service management system.
• Understand and follow policies, processes and procedures associated with assigned areas of responsibility.
• Assist with issues and collaborate across peer organizations.
• Review signed contracts and manage countersignatures (DocuSign skills, or fast learning skills required).
