Epicor is seeking a Quote to Cash Coordinator to support the quote-to-order workflow across CRM, CPQ, order management, and licensing. The role focuses on data entry, licensing activities, and responding to internal and external requests in a service management environment.

The position requires proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and the ability to work extended hours during peak periods. A 1+ year track record in similar roles is preferred, with a High School Diploma or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support to order processing or licensing activities.
• Enter data in CRM and ERP systems.
• Uphold company policies and procedures related to quote-to-order workflow.
• Manage issue intake to respond to internal and external requests related to quoting, order management, and licensing.
• Operate license order fulfillment processes following predefined procedures.
• Handle quoting, order management, and licensing issues in a service management system.
• Understand and follow policies and procedures for assigned areas.
