Arrow Electronics in Mexico is seeking an HR Representative for our Contact Center. You will support Mexico, the USA, and other countries through multiple channels, handling HR inquiries with confidentiality and accuracy.

You will use Workday, ATS and SharePoint tools to process transactions, educate clients about available services, and assist with process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USA inquiries.
Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

Respond to questions on basic HR practices, process and policies for Mexico, USA and other countries via multiple channels.
Answer basic HR policy-related questions for managers, employees and coworkers and escalate as appropriate.
Fields general inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers and escalate as needed.
Educate clients in Mexico about services and encourage use of self-service tools like Workday.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Utilize Workday to process employee-related transactions and audit work.

About the role

Our next HR Associate will be a part of our Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center in Mexico. This is an exciting team to be a part of as you get to work with many aspects of HR and support many people throughout the organization. We’re looking for a candidate who has HR experience, working with Mexico, US and other countries inquiries, but is looking to learn, grow and would like a long-term career in HR. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, a professional demeanor, the ability to think outside the box, and strong Excel skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

Respond to questions on basic HR practices, process and policies, available for Mexico, USA, and other countries, via multiple channels within our HR Solutions center (e.g., e-mail, phone, chat, and case management system).
Answer basic HR policy-related questions for managers, employees and coworkers in Mexico, USA and other countries and escalate as appropriate.
Fields general, straightforward inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers; escalates inquiries to senior team members and/or management as necessary.
Educate clients in Mexico of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday, HR Connect, and other systems
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.
Continuously create and define process improvement.

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.
Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USA’s inquiries.
Bachelor\'s degree in HR or business-related field required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondences and other written materials.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.
Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.
Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday.
