AUMOVIO seeks a Quality Assurance professional in Mexico to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements. You will lead audits, maintain the QMS, train teams, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Responsibilities include planning audits, closing findings, supporting external audits, and standardizing quality procedures and documentation to advance product quality and process excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Experience conducting quality audits and supporting external audits.
• IATF 16949, QMS, and customer-specific requirements knowledge (Strong).
• Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.

• Plan and lead internal system, process, and product audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
• Support customer, certification body, and corporate audits.
• Standardize and manage quality procedures, processes, and documentation across the plant.
• Coach and support process owners in the implementation and maintenance of QMS requirements.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities and root cause analysis.
• Deliver training and guidance on quality methods, standards, and tools.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 yearsin a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Conducting quality audits and supporting external audits
• Knowledge:
  • IATF 16949, Quality Management Systems, and customer-specific requirements (Strong)
  • In Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
• Skills:
  • Analytical
  • Problem-solving
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Certification.
  • VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Certification.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing processes.
