Crowncork, a dynamic e-commerce startup, seeks a motivated Recruitment Lead to build and manage our talent acquisition function as a fully remote position. You will define processes, select tools, and lead hiring across all levels to support rapid growth.

You will attract, assess, and hire key talent while partnering with senior leaders. This remote-first role requires strategic, hands-on leadership, experience with distributed teams, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• At least 6 years in talent acquisition with 2+ in leadership.
• Proven ability to build recruitment functions for startups.
• Experience with remote recruitment and managing distributed teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and refine recruitment processes, policies, and best practices for a remote workforce.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all open positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through innovative sourcing techniques.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and drive hiring success.
• Select, implement, and manage recruitment technologies and tools (ATS, HRIS, etc.).
• Develop and track key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
• Mentor and guide other members of the HR team (as the team grows) on recruitment best practices.

• Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and employer branding.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in modern HR technology stacks and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
