• B.S. or equivalent technical degree.
• Training aligned with Manufacturing & Engineering Institute Learning Journey.
• Track record of delivering results.
• Demonstrated knowledge in a technical field.

• Summer Intern experience/progressive experience within quality.
• Process engineering experience.
• Project Team Leadership.
• Shift supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation systems and protocols.
• Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing to ensure quality standards.
• Implements methods for inspecting, testing and evaluating product quality.
• Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes and equipment.
• Audits quality systems for deficiencies and corrections.
• Ensures corrective measures meet reliability standards and documentation is compliant.
• Specializes in design, incoming material, production control, and reliability.
• Coaches belts and managers in project selection and improvement methods.
• Follows standard practices for data-driven decision making.
