Corning Incorporated seeks a Performance Excellence Manager to lead Quality Engineering and continuous improvement at the Reynosa plant. You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost with data-driven methods and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead Lean, Six Sigma and quality systems, partner with Operations and Engineering, and coach teams to sustain improvements that enhance process capability and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership in Quality/Operational Excellence.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Quality Engineering and Continuous Improvement functions to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Develop and execute quality strategies to improve process capability and product reliability.
• Coach and develop cross-functional teams to sustain operational improvements.
