You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and support new product introductions, applying engineering and statistical methodologies to optimize manufacturing performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Proven root cause analysis and CI experience.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools (GR&R, DOE, regression analysis, histograms, standard deviation).
• Strong knowledge of DMAIC and Agile or equivalent project methodologies.
• Advanced conversational English with leadership and collaboration skills.

• Lead process-improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, variability reduction, defect reduction, and control enhancement.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and root cause analysis to solve manufacturing challenges.
