Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Quality Engineer to collaborate with the Quality Manager, Plant Managers, and hourly staff to improve business systems and coordinate corrective, preventive, and technical controls of processes and products.

The role involves developing standards, measuring performance, and liaising with external bodies and customers to ensure quality across the organization. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Formación

• Four-year degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Quality Control & Assurance.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Familiar with Assembly and Manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 and core quality tools.
• Experience with MRP/Enterprise systems in Manufacturing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain systems to establish standards and measure performance.
• Monitor performance and take actions per standards.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive quality controls.
• Interface with ISO, TL, and government bodies as needed.
• Communication strategy for quality improvements across departments.
• Lead cross-functional teams in product/process quality.
• Develop Quality and Inspection plans; apply SPC techniques.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs.
