Vertiv is seeking a results-oriented professional to operate effectively in a matrix organization, coordinating across departments to resolve customer issues with practical solutions. You will organize teams, drive multiple projects, and pursue tangible outcomes with a strong sense of urgency.

You will communicate clearly, facilitate discussions, and lead without formal authority when needed, maintaining ethical standards and a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 5+ years’ experience.
• Six Sigma / Lean certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
• Ability to work within a matrix management environment
• Work with minimal supervision
• Understand customer / client issues and apply solutions
• Organize and schedule people and tasks; manage multiple projects
