Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (P3) to drive operational excellence by designing and improving manufacturing processes. The role combines process optimization with leadership responsibilities and mentoring of junior engineers in a high-volume production environment.

The candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, oversee NPI production transitions, and ensure alignment with quality and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in process improvement, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead efforts to analyze and improve manufacturing processes for cost and throughput.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing initiatives and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and automation
• Serve as manufacturing lead for NPI projects from design to production
• Collaborate with R&D and design engineering to improve manufacturability
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Oversee process documentation, SOPs, and technical specifications
• Ensure ISO quality compliance and support audits
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians, guiding technical excellence
