Job summary
ON.energy in Mexico City is seeking a Quality Management Systems Specialist to implement and maintain an enterprise QMS for ISO 9001:2015, supporting lifecycle quality activities for data-center equipment. You will configure modules, workflows, and policies, driving certification readiness and cross-functional collaboration.
The role requires 3–7 years of ISO 9001 experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with QT9/ETQ, Excel, and AI tools, plus bilingual English/Spanish
Qualifications
- ISO 9001:2015 experience implementing and maintaining enterprise QMS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CAPA, 8D, SPC, FMEA and quality analysis tools.
- Experience configuring QMS modules, workflows, and user access.
- Fluent English and Spanish, capable of cross-functional communication.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the QMS platform with user access control.
- Configure and improve QMS modules, workflows, and automated notifications.
- Lead project management for a new enterprise QMS implementation for ISO 9001:2015/2026.
- Drive continual improvement and one-QMS initiatives across departments.
- Coordinate internal audits and support external surveillance or recertification.
- Develop and maintain processes, SOPs, and training within the QMS.
