Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable, PTP, or related area.
• Experience with an ERP system; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Validate vendor invoices with approvals and documentation before payment deadlines.
• Support invoice and payment dispute resolutions.
• Coordinate and schedule ad-hoc payment transactions.
• Perform Statement of Account reconciliations.
• Follow escalation processes to resolve outstanding issues.
• Ensure accuracy and timely execution of PTP activities.
