Job summary

Kerry Group, a global leader in taste and nutrition, is seeking a PTP Entry Associate – Payments in Querétaro, LATAM. You will execute supplier payments, support reconciliation efforts, and ensure payment controls are followed within the GBS Finance organization.

We'll value 0–3 years in AP/Finance, SAP knowledge, strong Excel skills, and advanced English. Collaboration across Treasury, Procurement, and MDMS will be frequent, offering exposure to end-to-end payment processes.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
• Internship experience may be considered if exposure to payment processes or reconciliations was obtained.
• Working knowledge of SAP (experience using the system is preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
• Advanced conversational English.

About the role

The PTP Entry Associate – Payments is responsible for executing day-to-day payment activities accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with internal controls, banking requirements, and vendor agreements. This role supports the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process by processing vendor and employee payments, maintaining payment records, supporting reconciliations, and contributing to operational excellence within the Global Business Services (GBS) Finance organization.

Working closely with PTP Associates, Specialists, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure timely payment execution, minimize payment exceptions, and support Kerry's commitment to financial accuracy and compliance.
