Job summary

WK Kellogg Co in Querétaro seeks an STP Professional (Accounts Payable) to support the Source-to-Pay (STP) operations across Mexico and Caribbean markets. You will ensure accurate supplier invoices, AP activities, financial compliance, and month-end close, collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive efficiency.

This role emphasizes process improvements, KPI reporting, and participation in automation projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field.
Accounting knowledge and standard practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query.
Proficient English, written and spoken.
Continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Review and process supplier invoices in compliance with accounting requirements.
Manage AP helpdesk inquiries via email and phone.
Process and reconcile down payments; support AP activities across Mexico and Caribbean.
Support accruals, month-end close and related journal postings.
Perform monthly AP reconciliations and maintain suspense accounts.
Resolve GRIR variances with suppliers and business users.
Support VAT transfer reporting and tax compliance.
Partner with suppliers and internal teams to investigate discrepancies.
Assist with automation and transformation initiatives.
