Fortive Corporation, through ServiceChannel, seeks an Associate Provider Development Manager to support the Provider Development team in building relationships with key service providers and contributing to growth objectives within Facility Management trades.

You will learn ServiceChannel processes while assisting with provider engagement, KPI collection and review, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve provider performance and program outcomes.

Formación

• 3+ years in facilities management, procurement, account management, operations or related field.
• Interest in developing relationships with service providers and learning the Facility Management industry.
• Strong willingness to learn from team members and collaborate across functions.
• Ability to communicate professionally and build positive relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Support Provider Development Managers in cultivating relationships with service providers and partners.
• Assist with provider engagement activities and maintain service quality and network growth.
• Collect and review provider KPIs and performance data; escalate trends as needed.
• Build knowledge of ServiceChannel Marketplace programs and provider processes.
• Participate in provider conversations to develop relationship-management skills.
• Maintain accurate provider profiles in ServiceChannel.
• Support data analysis and reporting on provider performance and network growth.
• Assist client-facing teams with provider information and inquiries.
