Flowserve is seeking a globally-oriented Supply Chain Services Manager who will lead the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain programs, data, reporting, apps and tools across regions.

You will build and coach the Supply Chain Services team, drive data quality, establish standards, and ensure measurable improvements in service delivery and master data governance.

Formación

• Extensive experience in Supply Chain, procurement, operations, or related functions.
• Demonstrated people-leadership across multiple countries or regions.

Responsabilidades

• Define the roadmap, governance, and operating model for Supply Chain Services.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of programs across global regions.
• Sponsor continuous-improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, service quality and data integrity.
• Ensure training, support, and adoption of Supply Chain tools and reporting solutions.
• Lead the Supply Chain Services team and manage stakeholder relationships.
