Flowserve is seeking a supplier partnerships specialist to build and manage strategic relationships ensuring operational continuity and timely delivery of quality materials and services. You will collaborate with purchasing, planning, receiving, and logistics teams to resolve issues, improve efficiency, and mitigate risk.

The role involves tracking supplier performance, coordinating inbound logistics, maintaining records, and supporting procurement processes.

Formación

1-3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or materials support.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

Responsabilidades

Manage supplier communication for open orders, delivery dates, and issue resolution.
Build strong supplier relationships through follow-up and professional communication.
Expedite purchase orders and identify delayed or at-risk items.
Track supplier performance including on-time delivery and order accuracy.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and shipping issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate inbound logistics, including shipment tracking and delivery confirmations.
Maintain records of purchase orders, confirmations, receipts, and shipping documents.
