Job summary

AutoZone in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Property Management professional to support maintenance, legal, and real estate teams by reviewing lease contracts, identifying due dates, and coordinating with landlords to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal sciences, Architecture, or Administration.
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate and lease contracts.
• Knowledge of real estate, legal terms in lease and purchase contracts, interpret architectural plans.

Responsibilities

• Be the link between Maintenance and AZ and manage contract-related steps.
• Responsible for paying Property-Tax for open stores using PeopleSoft; communicate with landlord and municipality.
• Support revisions of contract terms to identify due dates and maintenance terms; report status.
• Maintain INTUIT database; submit purchase orders for OFI vendors; coordinate delivery dates and final costs.
