AutoZone is seeking an Administration professional for Construction activities in Monterrey. You will support new stores with vendor payments, documents, and internal processes, ensuring proper backups per policy.

You will administer bidding, manage contracts, generate POs for store development, coordinate NDA/PSA with Legal, and handle closeouts and capitalization after store openings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Two to three years in administration in construction or retail.
• Proficient with MS Office and Windows environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support Construction for new stores; manage vendor payments and documents.
• Administer bidding: invite bids, manage PM system, attach drawings/specs.
• Generate construction contracts and manage signature workflow.
• Create purchase orders for store development; ensure on-site delivery.
• Obtain NDAs/PSAs; coordinate with Legal and Compliance.
• Handle closeouts and capitalization; track through to acceptance.
• Oversee vendor payments and backup documentation per policy.
