Job summary

AutoZone México is hiring a financial/administrative professional to support real estate, pre-construction, permitting and construction teams. You will administer and submit all payments for new store construction, ensuring final costs align with approvals.

Responsibilities include reviewing invoices and change orders, coordinating with store development controllers, and managing payments for brokers and vendors using PeopleSoft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
• Three to five years of experience.
• Experience in accounting or administration in building companies or retail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administrate the payment process for the new stores construction, including reviewing invoices, draws, change orders, approvals, and submitting the package for payment.
• Control contract amounts by payment reconciliation to prevent payments over contract amounts.
• Coordinate payments for the OFI and RE brokers, review invoices, obtain approvals, and upload in PeopleSoft, follow up until paid.
• Manage PM system and coordinate with cross-functional areas and external vendors to plan, organize, and audit project resources.
• Review and control the closeout process for new stores, validate information with construction team, process final invoice and upload to system.
• Create and submit purchase orders for all OFI vendors per project, coordinate delivery dates and final costs.
