Autozone, Inc. busca un Abogado Sr. de Bienes Raíces para respaldar al equipo de Desarrollo de Tiendas en Monterrey, México. Se enfocará en redactar y negociar acuerdos de bienes raíces y en alinear documentos con leyes aplicables, políticas de la empresa y normas anticorrupción (FCPA).

El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en transacciones inmobiliarias, capacidad de coordinar due diligence y trabajar con el equipo legal y de administración de propiedades para asegurar cierres exitosos.

Formación

• Se requiere licenciatura en derecho y formación en materias legales aplicables.
• 3–5 años de experiencia en temas inmobiliarios.
• Experiencia en redacción y negociación de contratos de bienes inmuebles.

Responsabilidades

• Redactar y revisar contratos de bienes raíces: arrendamientos, compras, fideicomisos.
• Negociar contratos y condiciones comerciales.
• Coordinar con el equipo de Cierre y due diligence para asegurar el cierre.
• Revisar memorandos de título y apoyar al equipo legal y de administración de propiedades.

Position Summary

The Jr attorney position should provide legal support to the Store Development team. It should be capable to draft and negotiate all types of real estate agreements. Must be able to understand the needs of the Store Development group in order to draft legal documents that really reflect the terms of each negotiation complying with aplicable laws, company's policy and FCPA regulations.

Position Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts. All type of agreements specialized in real estate. Leasing, Purchases, Trusts.
• Negotiate Contracts
• Coordinate and assist Escrow Specialist to adress due diligence process, Title Issues, and assure closing process.
• Reviewing Title Memos from external counsel.
• Adress all legal matters to provide support to Legal Team and Property Management.

• Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
