AutoZone Mexico is seeking an Accounts Payable and Procurement supervisor to lead AP-PO processes, coordinate vendor onboarding, and ensure compliance with Mexican fiscal law.

You will analyze KPI reports weekly, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Monterrey teams to keep data and payments accurate and on time.

In this role you will supervise AP activities, manage intercompany transactions, and mentor the team to achieve timely, compliant executions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting is required.
• At least 3 years in AP-PO roles with leadership experience.
• 2 years of Team Lead experience required.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, Mainframe, and Rocket Shuttle tools.
• CPA level analysis expertise preferred.
• Strong policy development and writing skills are expected.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise AP and Procurement projects and analyze KPI reports weekly.
• Coordinate with Monterrey Procurement team to manage Purchase Order process per policy.
• Manage new vendor setup process in DataZone with Alta de Proveedores team, ensuring vendor requests are documented.
• Coordinate AP to ensure goods/services are invoiced and paid on time per Mexican law.
