ABB in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, seeks a Project Coordinator to support assigned project aspects and execute work packages. You will apply basic project planning techniques, coordinate with Project Managers, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive updates and ensure alignment with customers.

The role focuses on maintaining project performance data, preparing reviews, and managing billing milestones while upholding documentation accuracy per customer procedures.

Formación

• Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience working in similar roles. SAP or similar ERP System, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced English required.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Prepare materials and assist in project reviews.
• Take ownership of the maintenance and adherence to the billing plan milestones.

Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate assigned aspects of a project. Each day, you will support in managing and executing the project by completing work packages as assigned. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process.
The work model for the role is:
This role is contributing to the ANSI Grid Components products in ELDS Division in SLP. Main stakeholders are Project Managers, Operations Teams, Engineering Teams, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customers.
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Conducting analysis of planned versus actual project performance.
• Preparing materials and assisting in project reviews.
• Taking ownership of the maintenance and adherence to the billing plan milestones.
• Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned and procedures agreed with the customer.

Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience working in similar roles.Skilled in SAP or similar ERP System, and Microsoft Office applications
