ABB in San Luis Potosí, Mexico is seeking a seasoned Real Estate specialist to join the Real Estate team. You will own a defined area of responsibility, improve efficiency and cost‑effective service delivery by analyzing plans and supporting system upgrades within the function.

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a tenured member of the Real Estate function in the given geography/specialized area who owns a specific area of responsibility/topic within the function. Each day, you will improve efficiency, performance, and cost-effective service delivery, by analyzing and proposing the plan of actions for the function. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the systems implementation/upgrade in your area of functional responsibility.

The work model for the role is:

This role is contributing to the Real State team in San Luis Potosi.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Participating in defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing processes, procedures, and action plans for improvement, within area of functional responsibility, in alignment with the group guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs, in your area of functional specialty.
• Providing support for special real estate initiatives.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date maintenance of ABB owned/leased/rented property databases and other relevant records.

Qualifications For The Role

• 5-8 years of professional experience in a similar role within the civil engineering and construction projects field.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related
• Experience in industrial infrastructure maintenance and project management.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit methodology, and BIM technology management.
• Experience in construction projects and activities.
• Microsoft Project management.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English at an intermediate level (preferred).
