Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner seeking a Project Specialist for our Guadalajara North, Campus location. This role focuses on managing low-medium complexity projects to meet performance indicators like cost, delivery, and quality.

Responsibilities include establishing schedules and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, reviewing requirements, and maintaining project plans and reports. Strong SMT process engineering background and fluent English are required.

Aufgaben

• Help establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
• Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams.
• Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas.
• Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.
• Develop status reports, including project financials, insuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
• Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables.
• Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
• Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.
• Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Specalist located in Guadalajara North, Campus.

The Project Specialist will be in charge of managing projects of low-medium complexity in order to meet the performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc) of a specific organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Help establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
• Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams.
• Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas.
• Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.
• Develop status reports, including project financials, insuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
• Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables.
• Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
• Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.
• Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and singly contributor groups.
