Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner helping brands design, build and deliver innovative products. We are seeking a Project Specialist for Guadalajara North, Campus, to manage low-medium complexity projects and meet performance indicators such as cost, delivery, and quality.

The role involves establishing schedules and budgets, reviewing customer requirements with cross-functional teams, and communicating project status to management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English.
• Strong background in Process engineering SMT positions.
• Project Coordination experience.
• Planning & Organization skills.
• Problem Solving ability.
• Technical Audio/Video knowledge.
• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management.
• Nice to have Event Logistics Management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initiation through transfer and establish schedules and budgets.
• Review customer requirements, specifications, and schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor daily production schedules and identify issues affecting delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve project issues.
• Develop status reports including project financials and cost control.
• Create and maintain project plans, procedures, and deliverables.
• Present project updates to stakeholders and management.
• Assist in larger projects/programs as needed.
• Interact with customers and internal managers regularly.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Specalist located in Guadalajara North , Campus.

The Project Specialist will be in charge of managing projects of low-medium complexity in order to meet the performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc) of a specific organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Help establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
• Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams.
• Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas.
• Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.
• Develop status reports, including project financials, insuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
• Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables.
• Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
• Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.
• Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and singly contributor groups.
