Bluelight is seeking an experienced project manager to lead software development initiatives for a diverse client base across the US and LATAM. You will drive scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management while coordinating distributed engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years managing software projects, strong stakeholder communication, and a proven ability to deliver against fixed external deadlines.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams
• Ability to overlap US business hours
• Bachelor's degree required
