Job summary

Bluelight is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across the US-LATAM region. You will manage scope, budget, resources, and timelines while coordinating vendors and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will work with distributed engineering teams, translate technical concepts for clients and executives, and uphold best practices with a bias for ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Strong stakeholder management, translating technical concepts for non-technical clients.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Background with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.

• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams

• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
