Job summary

Bluelight is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across multiple client programs. You will drive planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, QA, and product teams to meet fixed deadlines.

The role requires strong stakeholder communication, oversight of budgets and resourcing, and a track record of delivering complex systems using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.

Requirements
