Job summary

Bluelight is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead software development programs, coordinating cross-functional teams across the US and LATAM. You will drive projects from planning to delivery, managing scope, budgets, and timelines while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

This role requires 5+ years of PM experience, Agile/Scrum expertise, strong risk and vendor management, and the ability to work across time zones. A Bachelor's degree is required and nearshore delivery experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Nearshore US-LATAM delivery experience preferred.
