Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, client delivery, or account management in industrial or B2B environments.
• Advanced / Fluent English required for daily communication with global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies; CAPM or PMP is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.

Project Manager Middle

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Middle to join our Service & Account Operations team in Apodaca, Nuevo León. In this role, you will coordinate and execute key customer-focused initiatives, serving as the critical bridge between our clients and internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery and dynamic problem-solving.

This position reports directly to the Service Operations Coordinator and offers an excellent opportunity for a project professional to drive high-impact accounts within an international industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Plan, track, and execute end-to-end customer projects, ensuring deliverables meet established deadlines and quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary internal teams (engineering, supply chain, and operations) to fulfill client requirements and smooth out bottlenecks.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain direct, continuous communication with key external clients and suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact during execution.
• Risk & Schedule Monitoring: Develop project timelines, monitor progress, proactively identify potential delays, and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Service Compliance: Ensure all project workflows adhere to company protocols, service-level agreements (SLAs), and applicable industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project coordination, client delivery, or account management (preferably in industrial or B2B environments).
• Language: Advanced / Fluent English (mandatory for daily oral and written business communication with global stakeholders).
• Project Management Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. CAPM, PMP, or formal project management coursework is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, conflict-resolution abilities, organizational precision, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
