The role requires an engineering degree, PMP certification, advanced English, 5–8 years of end-to-end project management experience, and a proven track record in manufacturing or industrial environments. You will coordinate with diverse teams and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Advanced English (ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing).
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience managing complex projects end-to-end.
• Experience managing cross-functional and international teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or industrial projects.
• Project Management Methodologies: Advanced proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Digital Tools: Expert-level experience with project management software such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
