Güntner in Apodaca, Nuevo León seeks a proactive Project Manager Middle to coordinate end-to-end customer projects and serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams. You will ensure on-time delivery, uphold quality standards, and manage cross-functional interactions with engineering, supply chain, and operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in project coordination or account management, advanced English, and knowledge of PM methodologies; CAPM or PMP is a plus in a dynamic industrial

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, client delivery, or account management in industrial or B2B environments.
• Advanced / Fluent English required for daily communication with global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies; CAPM or PMP is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, track, and execute end-to-end customer projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to fulfill client requirements and remove bottlenecks.
• Maintain direct communication with external clients and suppliers as the primary contact during execution.
• Develop project timelines, monitor progress, identify delays, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure workflows comply with SLAs and applicable industry regulations.
