Volkswagen MX is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead strategic, high impact projects and contribute to our growth. You will manage cross-functional teams across locations, develop schedules, mitigate risks, and ensure quality and on‑time delivery with strong leadership and communication.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of project leadership experience in manufacturing or related fields, a degree in engineering (Industrial/Mechanical), and advanced English skills.

Formación

• Engineering degree required, Industrial/Mechanical preferred.
• PMP certification desirable.
• Advanced English communication skills (verbal & written).
• 5–8 years of experience managing complex projects end-to-end.
• Experience leading cross-functional and international teams across locations/time zones.
• Background in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering or industrial projects.
• Proficient in multiple PM methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/Agile/Waterfall or hybrids).

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Advanced English (ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing).
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience managing complex projects end-to-end.
• Experience managing cross-functional and international teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or industrial projects.
• Project Management Methodologies: Advanced proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Digital Tools: Expert-level experience with project management software such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
