CROWE MÉXICO in Naucalpan de Juárez is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of project management experience and a strong command of methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.

Senior Project Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred).
• 7–10 years of proven experience in project management, successfully leading large-scale, enterprise-level, and cross-functional initiatives.
• An execution-focused leader and true driver of outcomes with a strong command presence, ownership mentality, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and portfolio collaboration tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
• Demonstrated financial acumen with extensive experience managing project budgets, optimizing resources, and mitigating complex risks.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of providing concise, decision-oriented updates to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-lifecycle enterprise-level strategic initiatives, ensuring absolute alignment with business objectives and company goals.
• Define clear project scope, goals, and success criteria, while maintaining rigid control over timelines, budgets, and dependencies across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Act as the primary interface for project sponsors and executive leadership, facilitating high-level meetings and presenting concise risk assessments or recovery plans.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate complex risks and roadblocks early, executing prompt escalation with definitive strategic recommendations.
• Optimize cross-functional resource allocation and closely track financial performance to ensure complete adherence to cost constraints.
• Drive process improvements within the Enterprise PMO, mentoring junior personnel, and establishing high-performing execution standards.
