Vertiv in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Delivery Program Manager and help with documentation, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires travel to customer sites, strong Microsoft 365 skills, and proven ability to work both independently and with a team to meet deadlines.

Formación

• Experience in customer relations, project coordination with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Access, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the preparation of project specific documentation such as (but not limited to):
• Regularly reviewing and managing backlog with plant
• Providing Oracle based support for the Anderson team which presently operates in IFS
• Production delivery information / coordination
• Participate in daily production meetings
• Represent Vertiv on customer calls on behalf of Reynosa
• Ability to solve problems logically.
• Follow department procedures and participate in the development of new and existing best practices, procedures and template documentation.
• Be able to collaborate with team members as well as work alone.
• Administration in the management of projects from inception to on-site delivery and client hand over.
• Adaptable to meet project demands and deadlines.
• Be flexible to travel to site and support project commissioning activities for developed solutions.

Additional / Preferred Qualifications: -

• Be efficiently organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• International site travel is an essential requirement for this position
• Relevant experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment
