Vertiv Co. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Reynosa, Mexico, reporting to the Project Delivery Program Manager. This role offers growth through involvement in documentation, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration with the Anderson team.

Responsibilities include attending daily production meetings, providing Oracle-based support in IFS, and representing Vertiv on customer calls from Reynosa. Travel to site for commissioning may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations or project coordination.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Access).

Brief Job Description: -

Reporting to the Project Delivery Program Manager, this position provides an excellent opportunity to enhance professional growth and development.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: -

(This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)

• Assist with the preparation of project specific documentation such as (but not limited to):
  • Regularly reviewing and managing backlog with plant
  • Providing Oracle based support for the Anderson team which presently operates in IFS
  • Production delivery information / coordination
  • Participate in daily production meetings
  • Represent Vertiv on customer calls on behalf of Reynosa
• Ability to solve problems logically.
• Follow department procedures and participate in the development of new and existing best practices, procedures and template documentation.
• Be able to collaborate with team members as well as work alone.
• Administration in the management of projects from inception to on-site delivery and client hand over.
• Adaptable to meet project demands and deadlines.
• Be flexible to travel to site and support project commissioning activities for developed solutions.

Qualifications: -

Required/ Minimum Qualifications: -

• Experience in customer relations, project coordination with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 tools (powerpoint, excel, outlook, teams, access, etc.)

Additional / Preferred Qualifications: -

• Be efficiently organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• International site travel is an essential requirement for this position
• Relevant experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment
