Egup Fa Us2 Oraclecloud in Reynosa, Mexico seeks a Project Coordinator to support delivery programs. You will assist in preparing project documentation, manage backlog with plant, and provide Oracle-based support for teams in IFS.

Travel to sites for commissioning is required and you will participate in daily production meetings. Applicants should have at least 2 years in customer relations and project coordination, with strong Microsoft 365 skills and the ability to work both independently and

Brief Job Description

Reporting to the Project Delivery Program Manager, this position provides an excellent opportunity to enhance professional growth and development.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each

This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.

• Assist with the preparation of project specific documentation such as (but not limited to):
• Regularly reviewing and managing backlog with plant
• Providing Oracle based support for the Anderson team which presently operates in IFS
• Production delivery information / coordination
• Participate in daily production meetings
• Represent Vertiv on customer calls on behalf of Reynosa
• Ability to solve problems logically.
• Follow department procedures and participate in the development of new and existing best practices, procedures and template documentation.
• Be able to collaborate with team members as well as work alone.
• Administration in the management of projects from inception to on-site delivery and client hand over.
• Adaptable to meet project demands and deadlines.
• Be flexible to travel to site and support project commissioning activities for developed solutions.

Qualifications

Required/ Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in customer relations, project coordination with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 tools (powerpoint, excel, outlook, teams, access, etc.)

• Be efficiently organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• International site travel is an essential requirement for this position
• Relevant experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment
