Vertiv Co. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Reynosa, Mexico, reporting to the Project Delivery Program Manager. This role offers growth through involvement in documentation, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration with the Anderson team.

Responsibilities include attending daily production meetings, providing Oracle-based support in IFS, and representing Vertiv on customer calls from Reynosa. Travel to site for commissioning may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations or project coordination.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Access).

Responsabilidades

• Assist with project documentation and backlog management.
• Provide Oracle-based support for the Anderson team in IFS.
• Coordinate production delivery information.
• Participate in daily production meetings.
• Represent Vertiv on customer calls in Reynosa.
• Solve problems logically and follow standard procedures.
• Collaborate with team members or work independently.
• Manage projects from inception to on-site delivery and handover.
• Travel to site to support project commissioning.
