Vertiv is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for Reynosa Operations to lead NPDI milestones, coordinate product transfers, new product introductions, and capital projects aimed at Growth for the New Power Plant and standardization across Vertiv plants.
You will collaborate with Design Engineering, Program Managers and Operations to enforce global manufacturing standards, drive technology leadership, and pursue continuous improvement and cost efficiency across sites.
Advanced Manufacturing Engineerwill lead and oversight multiple projects on Power BU, focused on Reynosa Operations leading product transfers, new product introduction programs, process improvements, and capital projects to support Growth for the New Power Plant in Reynosa Bldg D and the standardization of manufacturing processes across Vertiv plants. This position will also coordinate the development and enforcement of global manufacturing standards and technology leadership. Interact directly with Design Engineering, Program Manager and Operations Team at the target site to coordinate and execute NPDI milestones and deliverables.
Minimum
BSME/IE/Business Operations Management and 3-5 years manufacturing experience or equivalent
Preferred
MSME/IE/MBA and 5+ years of Advanced Manufacturing experience
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma formal training or certifications.
