Vertiv Group Corporation in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Project Delivery Program Manager. The role provides opportunity for growth through documentation, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key duties include preparing project documentation, coordinating production delivery information, joining daily production meetings, and representing Vertiv on customer calls. International site travel is an essential requirement for this position.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in customer relations or project coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Access).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with project documentation preparation (backlog, etc.).
• Provide Oracle-based support for the Anderson team operating in IFS.
• Coordinate production delivery information and participate in daily production meetings.
• Represent Vertiv on customer calls on behalf of Reynosa.
• Manage projects from inception to on-site delivery and handover.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.
• Travel to sites to support project commissioning activities.

Brief Job Description: -

Reporting to the Project Delivery Program Manager, this position provides an excellent opportunity to enhance professional growth and development.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: -

(This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)

• Assist with the preparation of project specific documentation such as (but not limited to):
  • Regularly reviewing and managing backlog with plant
  • Providing Oracle based support for the Anderson team which presently operates in IFS
  • Production delivery information / coordination
  • Participate in daily production meetings
  • Represent Vertiv on customer calls on behalf of Reynosa
• Ability to solve problems logically.
• Follow department procedures and participate in the development of new and existing best practices, procedures and template documentation.
• Be able to collaborate with team members as well as work alone.
• Administration in the management of projects from inception to on-site delivery and client hand over.
• Adaptable to meet project demands and deadlines.
• Be flexible to travel to site and support project commissioning activities for developed solutions.

Qualifications: -

Required/ Minimum Qualifications: -

• Experience in customer relations, project coordination with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 tools (powerpoint, excel, outlook, teams, access, etc.)

• Be efficiently organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• International site travel is an essential requirement for this position
• Relevant experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment
