Vertiv, a global provider of power, cooling and IT infrastructure solutions, seeks an experienced Project Manager for Reynosa, Mexico. You will oversee project planning, staffing, and execution to meet timelines and budgets across engineering teams and contractors.

The role requires strong PMI knowledge, excellent bilingual communication, and the ability to mentor junior staff while driving continuous improvement within the project portfolio.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English & Spanish).
• Strong knowledge of PMI project management practices and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Review proposals and plans to determine time frames, funding, and staffing needs.
• Coordinate with management to outline work plans and assign duties for each project phase.
• Direct and coordinate project personnel to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Review status reports and adapt schedules; prepare reports for management and customers.
• Coordinate activities with customers and other contractors as required.
• Mentor junior project management staff and help develop company-wide project processes.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Production/Operations Management or Engineering
