Siemens Energy in Querétaro is seeking a Project Admin Support to generate and manage STOs in SAP, coordinating replacement part deliveries across North America and ensuring timely, cost-efficient service.

You will work with factories, engineering teams and Client Service Managers, monitor schedules and order progress, participate in ATP/MRP processes, and uphold Siemens Energy quality and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of SAP experience in planning, order management, or supply chain operations.
• 3+ years of experience managing orders and coordinating activities across multiple sites or projects.
• Experience working with rotating and/or reciprocating equipment parts within a manufacturing or service environment.
• Advanced MS Office skills and strong teamwork and communication abilities; Advanced English.

• Execute ATP and MRP processes to support parts availability and expedite critical orders.
• Collaborate with engineering, ISA, and cross-functional teams to release parts and support purchasing activities.
• Monitor project costs and timelines while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Project Admin Support, you will generate and manage Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) in SAP while coordinating the delivery of critical replacement parts across multiple service centers. You will serve as a key point of contact for Client Service Managers, monitoring schedules, costs, and order progress throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with factories, engineering teams, and project managers, you will ensure material availability, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced service environment.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Generate and manage Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) in SAP to support repair and service projects across North America.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and proactively follow up with factories to ensure on-time fulfillment of parts requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Client Service Managers by providing updates on order status, delivery changes, and order discrepancies.
• Execute ATP and MRP processes to support parts availability, expedite critical orders, and improve supply chain responsiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering, ISA, and cross-functional teams to release parts, resolve issues, and support purchasing activities.
• Monitor project costs and timelines while maintaining compliance with Siemens Energy quality, safety, and operational standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of SAP experience in planning, order management, or supply chain operations.
• 3+ years of experience managing orders and coordinating activities across multiple sites or projects.
• Experience working with rotating and/or reciprocating equipment parts within a manufacturing or service environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage schedules, costs, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) and strong teamwork and communication abilities. Advanced English required.
