Job summary

Flex is looking for a Program Management Manager in Guadalajara, North Campus to lead a cross‑functional team through inception, pricing, development and manufacturing, delivering value to the business and customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electronics, mechatronics, industrial or related), Advanced English, experience in project and people management, and a track record with cross‑functional teams and customer negotiations. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in electronics, mechatronics, industrial or related field is required.
• Advanced English is required.
• MBA/BA/BS with PM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the key channel of communication for Customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• Demonstrate advance operations, technical skills as well as knowledge in process technologies.
• Ability to analyze technical & financial reports and effectively present to internal & external customers.
• Coordinate with CFT, necessary actions for target compliance.
• Provide Support for contract negotiations and prices definition.
• Coordinate Product Life cycle of new Programs and assure the proper alignment to Launch cost and P&L projections

Reporting to the Sr Program Management Manager the Program Management Manager role involves… Responsible to leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer projects through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing, providing value to the business unit and Customer.

What a typical day looks like:

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering in electronics, mechatronics, industrial or related field
• Experience in similar position with experience in Electronics Industry
• Advanced English
• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
• Focused on NPI's
• Knowledge in electronic manufacturing operation (processes, test, industrial engineering)
• Strong communication skill (English and Spanish)
• P&L administration & Quotations
• Microsoft Office
• Experience with CFT
• Experience with demanding clients
• Customer Service experience
• Project Management experience
• People management
• MBA & PMP certification is also a plus
