Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to streamline the seller onboarding journey on its marketplace. You will own the seller lifecycle from registration through first listing and early success, collaborating with product, tech, verification, and business teams to remove friction and accelerate growth.

You will build and track metrics, dashboards, and requirements, while communicating updates to stakeholders and guiding cross-functional execution to improve the seller experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups) required.
• Experience in program or project management required.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Mansioni

• Drive seller onboarding and progression from registration to first listing and early revenue milestones.
• Define and track program metrics, create dashboards and queries to measure funnel performance.
• Plan phased rollouts of new listing experiences and monitor seller impact.
