Job summary

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive seller listing success: Own programs that move sellers from registration to first listing and early revenue milestones, reducing onboarding friction and lifting funnel conversion.
• Define and track success metrics: Build program metrics, dashboards, and queries to measure funnel performance and report progress.
• Ensure smooth GTM of new features: Plan phased rollouts and dial-ups of listing experiences, monitor impact, iterate on early results.
• Educate and communicate with sellers: Create content, FAQs, and guidance; run seller comms across email, WhatsApp, and Seller Central.
• Capture and act on Voice of Seller: Gather feedback and translate into product requirements for product and tech teams.
• Lead cross-functional execution: Coordinate with product, tech, verification, legal, and business partners to align on requirements and delivery timelines.
• Establish routines and mechanisms: Set up follow-up cadences, monitoring, and governance to detect issues and track adoption.
