847 Flextronics Manufacturing Juarez S De Rl De Cv is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in Juarez south. You will guide program delivery, strategy, and pricing to deliver value to customers and the business.

Responsibilities include planning schedules, tracking metrics, negotiating contracts, and managing P&L across programs. Strong engineering background, English proficiency, and PM experience are required, with a focus on manufacturing processes and NPI transfer.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Financial performance and P&L of assigned programs.
• Manage revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and financial forecasts.
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Advanced English.
• Previous Experience as a PM.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Process.
• NPI Transfer.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Outlook) and problem-solving methodology.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager . The Program Manager will be based in Juarez south

Reporting to Program Management In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
• Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical customer issues
