Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Manager based in Juárez to guide cross-functional teams in delivering customer-focused products and services. You will lead development and execution of program strategies, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure product quality and business metrics are met.

The ideal candidate has PM experience, strong English skills, and a solid background in manufacturing processes. This role reports to Program Management and offers growth within a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Financial performance and P&L of assigned programs.
• Manage revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and financial forecasts.
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Previous experience as a PM.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Process.
• NPI Transfer.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Outlook, basic Core Tools) and problem-solving methodology.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
• Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical customer issues
